Canada's Music Industry Associations, CIMA and SODEC Present:

Come Together

Canada's Coast-to-Coast Artist Showcase & Industry Reception

We are thrilled to once again be presenting Come Together, an initiative for artists ready to break into Canada’s largest music market, alongside Alberta Music, Music BC, Manitoba Music, Musique NB, Music NL, Music Nova Scotia, Music Ontario, CIMA and SODEC, Quebec.

Come Together is an opportunity for artists from across Canada to meet with, build business relationships, and showcase for key music industry professionals from Toronto and surrounding areas including labels, agents, managers, publishers, music supervisors, publicists, and more. Participants work with their music industry association to identify key music business contacts to invite and meet with. This event has goals beyond showcasing with a push towards industry connections, team building and business strategies for both artists and businesses.

The showcases are open to industry-only by invitation/RSVP. Industry guests can request an invite by contacting kaelen@saskmusic.org.

How were the Sask artists for Come Together selected?

A joint submission intake was opened to receive applications from all participating provinces.

A jury comprised of the participating presenters curated a shortlist of the top applicants from each province. The shortlist for Sask was then sent to a Toronto-based industry jury to select the 2 artists who would attend from Saskatchewan. SaskMusic is sharing the costs of presenting this event with our partners.

Thank you to provincial and federal partners:

The Province of Alberta, Creative BC and the Province of British Columbia, Creative Saskatchewan, Manitoba Film and Music, The Government of Quebec, the Province of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Ontario Creates as well as FACTOR and the Government of Canada.
