Sally Meadows shortlisted for The 2017 Word Awards

Saskatoon singer/songwriter Sally Meadows was shortlisted for The 2017 Word Awards (category “Song Lyrics”) for her single “Holy Spirit,” which has received radio play across Canada and in multiple countries including the US. The Word Awards are Canada’s largest and most prestigious awards for Canadian Christian writers. This is Sally’s third The Word Awards nomination in this category since 2013. The awards were handed out June 23 in Toronto. Sally is the new Saskatchewan representative for the Association of Christian Women in Music and Media) Canada (WIMM Canada). WIMM focuses on encouraging, empowering, and uniting Christian women within all aspects of the Canadian music/media industry ranging from artists, songwriters, producers, radio, television, and media arts.
