Description
From city cafes and pubs to small town bars and private functions, Nathan Davis entertains audiences with songs of his own and revisiting carefully selected covers. The Regina-born singer-songwriter started playing guitar at the age of nine and composed his first song at the age of eleven.
Living on an acreage near Fort Qu’Appelle, he spent countless hours beside the radio his father always had on. Nathan made his first public appearance in 2006 at the CKRM Big Country Talent Show. Returning in 2007, 2008 and again in 2010.
In 2009, Davis placed as a finalist in Moose Jaw Idol, granting him a spot to perform at the city’s carnival-fair. Continuing his studies after high-school, Nathan took a break from the music scene to obtain his red-seal journeyman electrician certificate, prioritize his relationship and start parenthood, becoming a proud father in 2015.
After a seven year hiatus nearing the end of 2017, he returned, performing over 30 solo shows in and around his hometown. Davis became a member of SaskMusic and The Saskatchewan Country Music Association in 2018 and The Canadian Country Music Association in 2022 to further his career within the industry.

Nathan Davis releases debut single!

It was two years ago nearing this time, the singer-songwriter entered Blue Door Recording with six of his own originals. Laying down acoustic tracks one day and vocals the next, the Regina born artist was now a few steps closer to completing the project he had been crafting for years. Working with the knowledge of audio engineer Walter Jeworski, a graduate from Berklee College of Music. The two of them and their chemistry date even further back to high-school, it's no wonder why these fellas are on this project together! Nathan released his debut single titled "Kick Back And Relax" on October 15th. Written when he was 11 now 31. Davis says "Dad's advice then, I didn't understand. However, time helps mold us into who we become and it certainly doesn't wait on anyone. We can't find it, set it aside or make it as it is already here and granted the exact same amount to us all at once." His debut single can be found on all major audio platforms, go check it out!

Regina's own Nathan Davis will be making his first studio appearance at Blue Door Recording Studios, come late November. The singer-songwriter has been determined to get his material out to listeners for quite some time. Starting his musical journey at the age of nine, from the self teaching of guitar to the writing of life experiences, he is for sure an artist to be on the lookout for in the months to come!
