Bent is a singer-songwriter and producer from Saskatoon. Combining moody and sensual pop music with dark vocal melodies, “Vanilla Blue” creates atmospheric songs that layer electric guitar over subtle, yet catchy, vocal samples. With influences such as Frank Ocean and Post Malone, the album tackles struggling and ever-changing emotions that happen near the end of a romance. Bent’s addicting vocal hooks narrate the highs and lows of relationships where anger and mutual understanding exist in the same space.
