Third Degree Birnz was formed in 1992 by Grady Birns Guitarist/Vocalist. This versatile band has traveled together for over 14 years playing various gigs from Weddings to Cabaret’s across the prairies. Their ability to play all genres has always made this band “a hit” at all the various functions, as they play everything from old style country to all the new hits of today. Third Degree Birnz is famous for taking classic rock hits and putting them into medleys with their own twist to the songs. Recently the band has opened at concerts for The Roadhammers, Aaron Pritchett, Duane Steele and classic rocker’s Trooper, Headpins, Kim Mitchell, Loverboy, and Nazereth. Third Degree Birnz is billed as “Western Canada’s Ultimate Party Band”, as they play the songs that suit the atmosphere that they are in.
