As part of the Saskatchewan Country Music Association Awards Weekend, March 31-April 2/2017 in Saskatoon, SaskMusic is pleased to present "The Anatomy of a Dream" keynote interview with artist and hit songwriter, Bobby Wills.

An acclaimed musician with a reputation for writing from the heart, Bobby Wills (MDM Recordings Inc./Universal Music Canada) is best known for two things – his signature cowboy hat and a diverse musical personality, combining a classic country sound with a toe-tapping, dynamic twist. His passion for writing songs has garnered him double nominations for the Canadian Country Music Association® Songwriter of the Year, as well as nominations for Male Artist of the Year, Album of the Year and Single of the Year, in addition to other accolades.
His latest album, EP “Tougher Than Love,” is the fourth for Wills. Exploring his diverse musicality, the EP blends a classic country sound with a modern edge, complemented by his signature emotive, relatable lyrics. A seasoned performer, as well as committed philanthropist, we’ll chat with Bobby about the career of an artist in the current music industry, maintaining a positive outlook, and live performance strategies.
