So proud to be hitting the road this April for our 2nd Fire Keepers Indigenous Song Circle (made possible by the @canada.council). I’ll be visiting remote Indigenous communities across both #Saskatchewan and #Manitoba with my good friends @donny.parenteau @ilabarkermusic Tayller McKinney and @teamsly204 … bringing our music and mentorship, some instruments courtesy of @longandmcquade, and memberships to @songwriterscanada.

Many Indigenous youth don’t have access to musical education or instruments. Co-Presented by the @downiewenjack Fund and @mbartsnet, the Firekeepers tour is about creating opportunities and passing along knowledge from Indigenous music
