Cupid's Heart - Belting poetic and moody lyrics on the complexities of love. This queer Regina, SK duo delivers a pleasing combination of cello and electric guitar amidst low textured female vocals. Cupid’s Heart plays with a full feel more common to large groups, and weaves together an atmosphere which is at once both hypnotic and energizing.
Good Friend - Formed out of the cycles of change and transformation, Good Friend brings stripped down riffs and interweaving harmonies in order to serve up some phased, delayed, and soothing rockage. Tough and tender is the mantra of this group’s musical niche, as they dish out songs that are equal parts languid and urgent.
