Specializing in classical and fingerstyle guitar, Ben Schenstead is a multi-facetedmusician who enjoys exploring the boundaries between Latin, jazz, classical, and world music. Ben’s first album, Sunburst, was nominated for a Prairie Music Award and his second, Spirit of the Guitar, featured solo guitar and string orchestra. Be prepared for entertaining excursions into a wide range of musical styles as Ben strives to demonstrate the true potential of the nylon string guitar. Ben is joined by Allan Parson (bass) and Melanie Schenstead (hand percussion).
