Sylvia Chave Launching Third Solo Children’s Album Sept. 15
Saskatchewan’s Superstar to the Sweet & Sticky Encourages Kids to “Shine”
(DELISLE, SK, AUGUST 20, 2019)— Saskatchewan children’s entertainer Sylvia Chave is releasing her third solo album, Shine, on Sept. 15.
“With this new collection of tunes I hope to encourage kids to let their creativity, positivity and individuality shine.” As Sylvia sings, “I like that you are you, and me is me, and we are we are different!”
Shine features 13 of Sylvia’s original songs which came to life in-studio with vocal recordings from a few of her biggest little fans and multi-award-winning producer Bart McKay.
The new album spans multiple genres, such as a rockabilly rendition of familiar nursery rhymes, a dance-pop party song and a calypso-inspired library trip. Sylvia’s new patriotic anthem is sure to make any Canadian heart shine with pride.
Sylvia will celebrate her new music release with a concert and cake party Sunday, Sept. 15, from 2 to 4 p.m., at Delisle Composite School. The album is also available through Spotify, Apple Music, streaming services and singingwithsylvia.com.
