The Regina Blues Association presents the Mid-Winter Blues Festival, a multi-venue series of events showcasing blues from Canada and the world. The fest hits the Exchange on February 28 with a packed lineup, featuring Billy Hughes and the Instigators, Soul Deep, Code Blue, and Mojo.

Doors at 7 p.m. Show at 7:30 p.m. Advance tickets are $25 and are available in person at the Casino Regina box office. Tickets available at the door barring a sell-out. All ages and licensed.
