PURE PAIN is Shirley & The Pyramids' second full-length album. 
It was recorded in 2017 at home.
It sounds like the old stuff, but kinda better.
It will be released on June 16th through Grey Records on cassette and digital formats.

Also Also Also is a project put forth by Eden Rohatensky (Eden the Cat, Orphan Mothers, Rotten Spooky) that explores electronic pop, balancing itself between bedroom chill wave and 80s synths. Drawing from their singer-songwriter roots, the songs are vocally driven and intensely lonely, because Eden has no friends.

Nightshirt aims to bring organizers from across the prairies together to Treaty 6 Territory, in Saskatoon, to showcase music and art, and to build up our community through creative collaboration. Nightshirt takes place June 14-17 at Amigos Cantina, Black Cat Tavern, The Underground Cafe, and Elks Lodge.


Grey Records is a small run record label that has released music by The Garrys, Chunder Buffet, Owners, and Caves. The Shirley & The Pyramids album will be the sixth release.


CFCR 90.5 FM - Saskatoon Community Radio Community Radio is a non-profit corporation owned by the Community Radio Society of Saskatoon. We are a volunteer powered, listener supported organization serving the alternative radio needs of Saskatoon and surrounding areas. As CFCR is a non-profit organization, we are primarily volunteer-powered but have a small, hardworking staff. We work with the kind guidance of our passionate Board of Directors.
