The City of Regina Pipe Band presents the Mid-Winter Ceilidh with Fred Morrison. The annual two-day Mid-Winter Celtic Festival has been celebrated in Regina for decades now, showcasing the culture in music, workshops and more. It all culminates with the Ceilidh, a packed party in the Exchange which, for his second trip through the prairies, will feature renowned Scottish piper Morrison.
