Now as the festival is going into its 8th year of production the number of performances has increased to over 15 that span various musical genres and styles. The Festival Committee plans on selling over 1000 tickets this year and strives to find innovative ways to promote the wonders of rural Saskatchewan and the incredible talent pool that they have lined up this year.
Jaecy Bells
Born and raised in small-town Saskatchewan, Jaecy Bells is an artist and songwriter who takes the old and makes it new. Drawing inspiration from classic poets and women of jazz all the way to Billy Joel and Amy Winehouse, Jaecy weaves elegant lyrics and fills them out with jazzy piano and a voice full of soul. As a multi-instrumentalist using live looping, her eclectic influences blend together seamlessly in a performance you won't soon forget.
