As the All Folk'd Up Festival is going into its 8th year of production the number of performances has increased to over 15 that span various musical genres and styles. The Festival Committee plans on selling over 1000 tickets this year and strives to find innovative ways to promote the wonders of rural Saskatchewan and the incredible talent pool that they have lined up this year.

The Johner Boys are made up of brothers Luc Johner, Jesse Johner, Quinn Johner, and friend Simon Jasieniuk. They started their music career together in 2011 and have since performed over 300 concerts on their own as well as with their father, Juno nominee and multiple Canadian Country Music Award winner, Brad Johner. They have been a part of the Telemiracle national cast for the last 4 years and have been on CTV and Global television several times.

In Janurary 2014, they released their first EP of cover songs and are in the process of writing their debut full-length original album. Luc is the primary songwriter and has written over 50 potential candidates for the project. His songwriting ability has earned him success most recently with the Saskatchewan Games, Co-op, and the Saskatchewan Rush professional lacrosse team.

On December 1st 2016, the boys will release their debut album “Stories”. Comprised of 11 tracks, many genres are covered from radio friendly pop, to lighthearted jazz, to hard hitting stadium rock. Recorded at bass player Simon’s home studio “Beez Neez Recording” and produced by Brad, Luc, and Simon, this DIY project went from being a fun side project to a serious industry contender.
