Description

Friend Friend began in 2007 when Dustan and Carrie were about to make out. One of their first hang outs, they made T-Shirts for a band called Friend Friend that did not yet exist yet. The joke became a reality.

Later they got married, wrote a bunch of songs and made an album of which Nick Murray of OMJ said contains one of the best songs ever written (NEW YORK) and Christopher Mercer of Music Regina live said was the essence of “What indie rock is all about right now.”

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

-Toured throughout Eastern Canada

-Made the top 20 charts of seven College radio stations across Canada.

-Been featured in Saskatoon Star Phoenix, Uncut, Times Herald,  Canada Beats and other media sources.

-Were showcased on the sampler album Long Live The Middle of Nowhere Vol. 1
