Creative Saskatchewan and SaskMusic are thrilled to bring Tom Jackson Productions back to Saskatchewan for an expanded event designed to help our artists take their performance skills to the next level. This event is for all performers (solo artists, duos, full bands, freelance musicians) from across genres. We also encourage artist managers and others who work with artists to attend.

Live performance is now the largest sole revenue source for our artists. Artists generally devote sufficient time to their songwriting, and in the recording studio – yet few spend the same amount of time working up their live show, one of the most important pieces of their career. Learn how to become a stronger performer (no matter what level you are currently at), a more desired side person, and really connect with your audiences! Tom and his team will teach you how to create moments in your live shows that will result in dedicated fans, and a connection that can increase your album and merchandise sales!

“Conceptually, everyone who performs onstage needs to do the same thing. Whether it’s a concert, a club, or a church...whether you’re a soloist, a quartet, or a band...whether you play acoustic guitar, sing heavy metal, or are a comedian - your audience is coming for the same things: to be captured and engaged, to experience moments, and to be changed.” - www.onstagesuccess.com

Tom Jackson has helped hundreds of signed acts and indie artists “get their show together” for showcases or tours. Tom’s experience as a musician, passion to help artists and unique insight has qualified him as one of the premier performance consultants and live producers in contemporary music today. He is in demand across North America, and has appeared at most of the major Canadian conferences.

Workshops each day will include performance demonstrations utilizing local artists. Tom and his team Amy Wolter and Lang Bliss will also provide individualized coaching sessions (1-on-1s) for Saskatchewan artists in the afternoons and evenings.

This is a rare opportunity to learn from this in-demand coach. And it’s being offered FREE to Saskatchewan artists thanks to a partnership between Creative Saskatchewan and SaskMusic. If you’re serious about being a full-time touring artist and making the most of showcase opportunities, this event is not to be missed! Note: Non-Saskatchewan artists are welcome to attend; registration fee is $100/person payable at the door.

Become the performer you’ve always wanted to be:

    • Discover skills that separate one artist from another
    • Learn to craft a memorable & compelling show
    • Hold the audience in the palm of your hand
