Regina's own Beach Body describe themselves as a "Post-Death Surf Choir". Their debut full length Walking Holiday was written and recorded in the summer of 2020 at SoulSound Studio in Regina, Saskatchewan, and released via We Are Busy Bodies in the fall of 2021. The album is a direct response to a live review which stated that the band had too many low to mid tempo songs in their repertoire, pushing Beach Body to write their most laid back and lazy low tempo tracks to date. Beach Body firmly believe the album is best enjoyed as the sun is going down, in the comfort of ones own home, with a cheap glass of pinot noir within arm's reach.
