SASKMUSIC INVESTMENT PROGRAM JURORS NEEDED
To be a jurist, you must have a solid knowledge of and/or be currently working in the music industry in Saskatchewan. If you have applied for funding at today's deadline, or are connected to a project applying for funding at this intake, you cannot apply to be part of this jury.
The Jury will receive their package of submissions to review at the beginning of December and will have time to review and score each submission on their own independently. The group will then meet in mid-December to review and discuss the submissions as a group to determine the list of approved Submissions. SaskMusic will provide a reading fee per-submission to jurists.

Would you like the opportunity to play in a great venue? Perform at a great event supporting Regina’s young children and their families? The Brighter Futures for Children Benefit has grown to be the largest fundraiser in Regina which supports early childhood programming. This year’s event (2012) raised over $65,000 to support the work of the Regina Early Learning Centre and SCEP Centre. The event has been a special project for presenting sponsors Doug and Gloria Archer of Knight Archer Insurance. As the event's name suggests, by supporting early child programming, we can all play a role in creating brighter futures for vulnerable young children in our community.
During the event, three musical acts perform on stage at the Show Lounge (approximately 50-minute sets). The event also features a number of other activities including a Giant Silent
If you are a solo artist or a full band and are interested in performing at this fundraiser, please contact Lona Gervais at email@example.com or 306-537-5758 before November 30.
