Users are cautioned that the agreement is written in draft to address an average artist engagement situation and should be amended to address any specific scenarios. SaskMusic accepts no responsibility for the content or format of this contract and each user,by accessing this contract, agrees to indemnify and save harmless SaskMusic from any claims,actions, or disputes that may arise from the respective user utilizing this contract in any way.
