Members’ Social will commence at 1:00 pm
Meeting to start at 2:00 pm sharp

You must be an Individual, Band or Corporate Member of SaskMusic to nominate, vote, or run for positions on the Board and vote on motions during this meeting. However, subscribers, youth and guests are all welcome to attend.

If you would like to be more involved in our music industry and contribute directly to the growth of SaskMusic, please consider running for a position on our Board of Directors. We welcome and encourage board members from all over Saskatchewan. We seek diversity and invite interest from candidates representing many different roles and musical attitudes. Please see the nomination form: www.saskmusic.org/pdf/Nomination2008-2.pdf or contact our office for more information about either running for, or nominating someone for, the board.

Deadline: 12 noon on Friday, November 14, 2008 in order for a Nominee to be included on Advance Voting ballots. Nominations after that date will be presented at the AGM, however, please note that these candidates will only be eligible to receive votes from the floor from those voting members in attendance who have not already voted by mail. At the AGM, advance votes (as recorded by an independent auditor) and in-person votes will be totaled to determine final election results.
